MDCPSRefresh Logo Redesign Contest

Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) has transformed into a nationally recognized world-class education system.  The current M-DCPS logo received its last true makeover more than 15 years ago. It symbolized opening the book of learning to a world of lifelong opportunities and complemented the district’s slogan “giving our students the world”.

The way we teach, the way our students learn, the tools we use have all evolved.
It’s time for our image to reflect what we truly are and the impact we are having in this 21st Century learning environment.

The #MDCPSRefresh redesign logo contest engages all stakeholders while bringing greater awareness to our District.

All details and contest information can be found at https://mdcpsrefresh.dadeschools.net/.

The contest is now open to all Florida residents including students, parents, and
employees.

The designer of the winning logo will receive $2,500 and bragging rights.

A judging committee has been formed - consisting of students, parents, teachers, marketing and public relations experts.  The community at-large will also participate in the judging process once initial entries are narrowed down.

The winning logo will be presented to the board at the May 2017 School Board meeting.

Submissions are being accepted online until January 27, 2017.
