AVPA Visions Dancers are SHINING!

The month of December has been a busy month for our Academy of Visual and Performing Arts.  Our music and theater students have been performing all over the state in addition to our art department keeping our student busy with exhibitions and continuing mural beautification project.

Our VPA Visions Dancers have made their mark this year with performances at the Curriculum Expo in November and keeping busy in the month of December.

On Wednesday, December 13th, VPA Visions Dancers  showcased their talents at the Dr. Marta Perez Holiday Book Giveaway Event.

And on Tuesday, December 19th, the VPA Visions Dancers participated at the Student Choreography Showcase at Miami Senior High School.
Each year at this event, students in grades eight through twelve are encouraged to create new dance works and set them on themselves and other students in their dance classes.
